RadioVeRVe adds another feather to its cap with Gaurav winning the Indian leg of the ‘International Young Music Entrepreneur of the Year - 2008‘ award conducted by the British Council. We now get to present in the UK for a completely new panel of judges and show our presentations and ideas and also attend ‘London Calling’, one of the biggest music expo’s in the world!
Taking part in this event will push the whole enterprise up a couple of notches and not to mention the possibilities of association and collaboration with like minded people which is mindblowing to think of! Winning it of course will be unbeatable but that we shall leave for later! right now … let the feeling sink in

Its been a while since we saw some action on the site and the new year brings with it some wonderful news! For starters, we finally got around to sitting and getting a long standing idea working!
“Freedom Jam Radio” is up and running!
RadioVeRVe in association with GuruSkool Music is proud to bring you ‘Freedom Jam Radio’, the place where you can get the best bits of the Sunday Jam and Freedom Jam held in Bangalore and also listen to songs by bands that played at the Jam.
We feature live clips and interviews with bands, the audience, the organizers and everyone present and try to re-create on RadioVeRVe, the magic that is the Sunday Jam!
This is just the beginning … this is where the real music happens!

The Christ College Choir under the able guidance of Mr. Sunil (the one and the only) Chandy have done what I don’t think any other college choir has ever done in India. Brought out a full length album with *Original Music* and they have been using the Internet quite effectively to make their presence felt.
So ladies and gentlemen, put your hands together and welcome the latest artiste into the RadioVeRVe fold, “The Christ College Choir” and from the congested shores of Bangalore, a very tasty and must savour, “Sound Curry”.
I have been hounding Sunil to get him into the RadioVeRVe studios to talk about the album and everything else that he has been upto and I shall not rest till I get that done! so … you can expect a very eventful interview coming up soon!
