Afterdark has always remained a non-compromising with its style of music despite the fact that all members come from different backgrounds and different musical interests they merge together to form a specific entity. Afterdark has always been able to relate to the earliest beginnings of rock and roll down to the late 90’s and have a knack of conversing with an audience while performing with an understanding of audiences pulse.

Imbued with all the different elements of their influences and personalities, the band sounds is a pleasant mix of metal, rock and alternative. Their philosophy “it takes time for every band to develop their identity and song and that is what we are working on instead of emphasizing on covers of other bands”. Afterdark has also experimented with different sounds and has set their standard and quality.
